What's it suppose to mean if she declines your invitation to have lunch with you and your friend? It does not necessarily mean that she does not want to go out with you or anything like that yah? But then again if she does like you she would have accepted the invitation. Still not the right time to make my move yet but I am going to make a promise to myself that I will tell her how I feel about her by the end of this year, I think that's pretty much more than enough time to gather enough courage!
